Ok, I don't usually do these extra posts and such - mainly because of time. With a 4 year old, 3 year old, and a 7 month baby, my day is pretty much full. :) However, if any of you need a little motivation: I managed an hour of exercising today (weights and cardio) even though the 3 and 4 old got up 3 times from their naps and the baby only slept 40 minutes! (she is learning to pull herself up and it has her sleep schedule all off). So you can do it too!!
Anyway, here is my update from when we started.
Total weight loss: -3 lbs.
R & L thigh and calves: same
So, I am especially happy about the waist decrease and can feel a difference! Goodbye, baby weight.
