Weigh in Wednesday - 2nd June

Hey Ladies!

I'm back home after my travels to Wales and England. It was great to catch up with good friends again and see how the kids are growing, plus meet the youngest for the first time.

I managed to keep relatively on track with eating, choosing only twice to eat "forbidden fruits" - Fish and Chips and chocolate. My activity level was good to, especially the last 5 days with 4 kids under 7 in a huge 4 story house. I had 2 1/2 flights of stairs just to go to bed.

Anyhow, back to reality and weigh in day today. 2 weeks in 1 this time.

Lost a measly 1lb but a whooping 10cm (4 inches) !!!! WooHoo :o)

Keep sweatin' it girls.

That´s awesome Kathy. Now to keep that pace. I know when I realized what it took to keep losing inches and lbs I realized I had to keep at it. I am so excited for your loss! jeje.. never hear that in the real world.

Welcome home!
Way to keep with your new eating reality! I'm always just thankful I didn't gain weight when I get home from a trip, so you should be super "proud" of yourself for losing!
