Hey Ladies,
I'm so proud of myself. I decided that 2 miles just wasn't pushing it enough, so I've started doing 4 miles, and I even added some jogging in there instead of just walking.
I'm looking forward to keep it going this week.
I have also watched my sugar intake this week, and I'm going to work really hard on increasing my water intake this week.
Even though I haven't seen a great change in weight yet, I feel optimistic, and I feel encouraged.

That's great! 4 miles makes a big difference. I know that I don't loose weight right away. But eventually we'll see those pounds drop.
