A Great Tool! (when you use it)

Charlie is really great at using and I use to be. I am committing to post on it again. I really need the extra push these days. I wish I could really exercise with you all in person, but this will just have to do.

Sign on up and we can all have even more interaction! We can even put the widgets on the side bar of our fitness blog if you want. Let me know if you would like to post your widgets on the fitness blog by sending me the html code for the widget.

Springing with ya,
Dani Joy

I will email my widget.

I am so glad you are back on dailymile. It was getting lonely. I am so grateful that you introduced this tool to me. It has been a great motivator.

Can't wait to see your next workout on dailymile. :0)

I haven't gotten back on the dailymile but I did get back on My Plate to start tracking my calories again. I got a little bit of a wakeup call that helps me see why the number on the scale is not moving. There's a ton of really sneaky calories that I take in during the day without even being aware of it.

I'm not sure how I would use this site, but it looks like fun. I don't have any way to measure how far I walk, etc.

Bueno, Elena, es un sitio que puedes calcular los kilometres que haces.
Es algo extra.

Tami, you might find it useful to track your miles you walk in town. I think it shod find yr town.

I signed up for this during the last challenge, but never got to use it. I suppose it would be good for me to look into it again. Thanks for reminding us about it.

Dani Joy, it found my town, but just the name, and didn't show any roads, etc. Maybe I'll try back again later to see if it was just a glitch.
