RESULTS WEEK 2


Wow, 1 inch and 4 pounds less this week. I did keep track of the food in a journal, but wasn't very consistent on exercising and water. But as they say, baby steps. Hopefully it wasn't a loss just because I have been sick. If so, I'll still take-or should I say-leave them? This week I will continue my food journal, try to rebound 20 minutes a day and add a 20 minute brisk walk with the puppy.

Wow Anita you are doing better on your weight than I am. When I start exercise again, I gain weight for the muscle mass. Sharla
