Did it this afternoon, and was glad to find out it was a lot easier than the first time I did it about a year ago. Yeah!
Though, now I am noticing I am a little sore. :) I think it is from those things at the end where you are in the push-up position and then jumping back and forth with your legs. I guess those are muscles I don't use otherwise!
