building yet. This past weekend I did post 2 points for cleaning, but it was industrial mopping. I mopped and scrubbed for several hours adding knee bends and large passes with the mop. Also, a lot of scrapping while squatting. LOL
I have been also doing the No More Trouble Zones dvd as I couldn´t find the Ripped in 30 dvd. Also, have played B- ball with my boys, walked alot and jogged some. Gotta keep moving!
Praying to cut out the refined sugars totally and keep working the fat off. ;)
