Yep, I did it! Pigged out on pizza. Well, it wasn't exactly a pig out.... last night was our family night, and I usually try to make something special for dinner. Last night was homeade "mini" pizzas. I could have 1/2 of a "mini" pizza and a good sized salad, and tried to prepare myself for this. I ate a whole!!!!!!! What was I thinkin'? I didn't have anything else with it but water. Dinner was running behind, and I got REALLY hungry. Usually when this happens I grab some raw veggies. I also had prepared light tuna salad and chicken in the fridge:( Later in the evening I had cookies. So, looks like Friday night was my free night. How great to have this accountability, but I was feeling really embarrassed to tell you guys.
However, I did get a 20 minute walk in yesterday, and jumped on the trampoline for 20 minutes with the kids.
Today, we woke up to company in the house, with b'fast casserole and toasted english muffins. I had a very small piece of casserole and 1/2 english muffin.... I'm back on track! I have company in my house a whole lot. So, I just try to eat small portions of whatever we are having. It's very expensive to get chicken here, so it's usually not chicken. The other day I saw a pack of lean chicken breast in the local grocery for $40! Can you believe that?
Thanks to Dani Joy and Former Fat Lady Nina, who kicked me off the computer -I got a 70 minute workout today. Yeah!!! Go me!!!
