I figured I'd better get this in while it's still Wed., although it's probably Thursday for some of you!
I am 5'6 1/2" tall.
I weigh 142.5.
I did measure but not sure that I did it right. You wouldn't think it'd be that hard to do, but I got different measurements both times I measured my hips. However, I liked the second measurement best as it was smaller, lol!
I would like to get down to around 129.
I exercised today for about 30 minutes. I ran out of time but had dinner in the crockpot so I managed to exercise during the time I'd usually be preparing dinner. I will have to work at working out earlier!
