I managed to get in 45 minutes of exercise today with a thirty minute aerobics video from the eighties and a fifteen minute walk with RealAge.com. Although I feel like throwing my hair up into a side pony-tail and breaking out the leg warmers. I'm happy. I do feel like like I'm getting into better shape, because my stamina exercising has definitely improved. My legs are also killing me, so I'll take it as a good sign.
My problem is that I'm still consuming too many calories. The scale proves that. At this rate I'll be a fat woman who is in great shape and can run a couple of miles...not the point of this diet.
I need to try harder to zip the lips. That's what I'll be working on this coming week!
