Crunch in - Tuesday

I made myself do it. I am sweaty and yucky, but I exercised for 40 + minutes. My muscles are sore, but at least I'm forcing myself to press on.

Thanks again Dani Joy for spurring us to do this. You ladies are the main reason I'm exercising each day. I don't want to let my day go by without earning some points.

I did the Slim in 6 workout again along with a stretch segment. I am still amazed how incredibly low impact it is, yet my hair is wet. Amazing!

God bless you all today! I guess tomorrow will be a picture with measurements (waaaaaaaaaaaa).
