Do any of you have the exercise bike that moves the arms and legs?
That's the kind I have, and have found several ways to ride it so that different
muscles do the work.
1. Ride normal moving arms and legs together.
2. Make your arms do the moving with little or no help from the legs.
3. Make your legs do all the work with little or no help from the arms.
4. Really twist at the waist each time your arm goes forward,
as you ride normally.
Now... if I can just find it under all that wet laundry! Just Kiddin'!
