Fish and veggies

Another option for dinner. Fried fish and veggies.

Get any kind of fishe fillet. Bread it egg and wheat bread crums. Fry it in olive oil, not vey much.

Veggies:
3 garlic cloves.
Half of an onion.
1 eggplant.
1 red pepper
1 green pepper.
1 zuchini.
a few cherry tomatoes.

Then stir fry in olive oil slice garlic and onions. Add chunks of eggplant, red and gree peppers, zuchini and tomatoes.

If you want, you can mix 1 cup of water with 2-3 tablespoons of wheat flour and add it to the veggies. This will make a nice sauce. Salt to taste.

Sounds very healthy! have to go light on the bread crumbs and the oil though.

I have been eating too salty lately and retaining water. Gotta fix that. too much cheese and chorizo. :O
