Karen--Crunch in

I've exercised 4 times this week---with Turbo Jam---about 30 min. each day. The day I missed, I walked about 15-20 min. I am taking the weekend off, but still watching my intake---love the system of counting calories Dani recommended. It's hard to count calories here in Russia..everything they calculate is by 100g, not servings. Interesting!!
I have lost about 1 pound from Monday! So, I'm down to a whole 72.5 ish kg!
