Water Tip


I saw the tip yesterday about the pennies being used for drinking water... great idea.

To help me get in my 8 glasses a day, I like to add a little lemon or lime juice. It really livens it up abit. Sometimes, I also buy Crystal Light and mix it REALLY weak in a large pitcher. Then I pour my glass 1/2 full of the Crystal Light and 1/2 full of water. It gives a nice flavor with no refined sugar. They have great flavors like raspberry ice, mixed berry, strawberry kiwi, and my all time favorite peach tea. Try some... you'll love it.

Great job on the tips. Thanks for letting me know how many you have put in. it´s also a good reminder for the over zealous. jeje.. I have been checking cause really it would be easy for some to just sit blogging and not exercise. jeje

Love this tip! I will look for some sort of sugar free drink here. not sure if we have any or not. haven´t looked. ;)

Sounds like a great idea to add the crystal light...I already add lemon, and that helps alot, but some different flavors would be nice!
