Weekend Crunch In

I want to get this in before the midnight bell strikes and I turn into a pumpkin.

First, thanks to all who prayed for me, I back up and running again. One day I'll share but not yet, hope you understand.

I declared today my free day. We had guests, 10 in all, for a British food evening. Smoked salmon, haggis and steak, lamb with mint sauce, roast potatoes, cheese cake with raspberry sauce, coffee and mints.................. yum!

Tomorrow I'll have to be extra strict, but I get some extra exercise in as we're going bowling with our house-group late afternoon, fun fun :o)

Keep crunch in!

Oh Kathy, that sounds so yummy!!!

I pray everything has worked out. I didn't know anything was "up" since I was away from the Internet. I'm glad others were praying you through.

Many blessings!

Praying for you. Isn't it great that we have the Holy Spirit with us? I am praying for your needs, which you and the Holy Spirit know. I don't need to know the details. I love the promise in Romans 8:26 "Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings that cannot be uttered."

Your menu sounds wondeful, especially the cheese cake!
