Back in for the last week!

Hey Ladies!!

I’m back, sorry I abandoned you. I got seriously off track whilst my in-laws were here and am only just getting back into the swing of things. It was much tougher staying on track than I imagined having visitors, or should I say it was much easier to get de-railed!

One thing I did learn is that I don’t like the way my body feels after a sugar rush L So getting back to eating healthy these last 2 days means I like the way I feel again.

I’m not sure how I’m going to fit much exercise in this and next week, the run up to Christmas is always major busy, plus Keith, our Pastor is sick. Today was extra busy but oh so worth it. We had a mid-week baptism of a young man who 8 weeks ago was a Muslim. It was a small congregation for the service but we had 5 former Muslims and they had invited 7 of their Muslim friends – wow, what a witness!

With you on how the yukky food (sugar) makes me feel bad. Also blessed to read of the spiritual blessings with the Muslim man. Love,

Oh Kathy, I am glad that you are back! I sure did miss you. I understood though. I figured about your visitors. If my parents came I would have to put on a mean face and stamp my foot to keep on my schedule now. I hate doing that. Unfortunately my parents need some of that and I don´t know how to help them.

anyway say all that to say I would probably be Missing in Action too if my parents came to visit. I am so happy that they were able to be with you all! (and you and Matt more right??)

BTW... Joseph and I booked our two nights in Bad Kissinger. Not too far and just a beautiful spa hotel there! WE are sooo excited!

Can´t wait to see you!! and give you a big squeeze!

Praise the Lord for these Muslims and God´s faithfulness!

Big Crunchin´hugs
