Crunch in the 14th

I was able to battle the flu with those homeopathy meds and feel much better today. I only have a runny nose, but feeling way better today than yesterday.

Breakfast, coffee and a slice or wheat bread with SF jelly
Snack: a banana
Lunch: tomatoes, artichokes and salad.
snack: 3 mandarine
Dinner: 1 serving of wheat rice, carrots and a FF yougurt.

Went back to the shred today but I think I´m gaigning wait with this point system ,so I vote not to have it next week :-)
Walked a lot today also, but altoghether I will count just 1 hour.

Great! I am so glad you are sticking with it!

Keep on! One more week of crunching hard! Then on to a maintanance for Christmas. And then gear up for a new challenge.
