Thursday - Crunch in

Still sick with fever, so Jillian and I only worked the exercises for 20 min. Doing a lot of laying on the couch and trying to keep a "content" spirit in the midst of this unplanned "stop" in my Christmas activity preparations.

Get a lot of rest then, and you´ll feel better soon. I usually take a lot of echinacea and oscillococinum (homeopathy) when I start to feel sick, it helps big time, because it never puts me down later.
