Week six - nix on the fix????
What does this mean???
Aside from the normal measurment points,
1. Add one point for every healthy food choice you make Starting Wednesday and TILL THE END OF THE CRUNCH.
for example: two slices of wheat bread with honey =1 pt.
Lunch- Salad = 1 pt
brown rice = 1pt,
piece of fruit = 1pt ect...
It´s one point for each portion.
Maximum 3 points per mealand only 2 points maximum for snacks per day.
Only 1 pt per day for small portion sugar free snacks. ie. Chocolate, cookies, ect.
2. MINUS 1 POINT for every sugary, starchy, salty, or junk food you eat!
Point break down for the end of WK 6 - end of Wk 8
(there will be a special points for our closer week and special posts, so get geared up for week 8)
Measurement post - 2 points (this counts as a crunch in for Wed. or what ever day this week you post it)
Label it: measurements, wk6, your name, and pictures
1 pound - 1 point
1 Kilo - 2 points
1 inch - 2 Points .5 lbs = 1 pt.
1 cm - 1 points
Picture - 1 point
Healthy food - 1 point per item
Unhealthy sugary, starchy, fatty, junk food, - minus 1 pt.
20 MIN. OF EXERCISE - 1 POINT.
ONE VIDEO PER PERSON - 1 POINT
TIPS - 2 POINTS PER TIP , 3 TIPS MAXIMUM
CRUNCH IN - 1 POINT - MAX ONE PER DAY.

Maybe this will motivate those of you who are not as encouraged to crunch it as before.
