Breakfast: 2 toast with coffee and SF jelly with a coffe.
Lunch: Green beans with carrots and ham.
Supper. a kebab.
Snacks: pineapple in the morning and a SF cookie.
It´s a holiday here today, so I didn´t get to exercise.
