Sunday's post

Today we had a great Lord's day. This is the week that we have a meal here at home after the morning service. After the meal, we have our study. We had a great message on the church of "Tiatira"and a very practical study on Jesus' answer to the second temptation.
Speaking of temptations, I "fell" for my own "tiramisĂș" dessert. I "had" to have it. It would not look good id the cook did not try it :). At least that's what I told myself. I told a man in the church that I would make it sugar free next time.

Breakfast: Two pieces of multigrain bread with ricotta cheese and fresh strawberries; coffee. (3 pts)
Lunch: Lean meat. salad, mashed potatoes, a little piece of bread, and dessert (-2) Drank fresh squeezed lemonade with brown sugar :) . (0 or 1 pt)

Dinner: two pieces of whole wheat homemade pizza with grilled vegetables on top. 1pts (I should have had just one piece)

Snacks: sf chocolate, strawberries, herbal tea.

I was able to exercise in the morning before church, but not for a whole lot. Monday, I'm planning to do the burn fat, boost metabolism video.

I would have tried that tiramasu too! LOL.. Is it hard to make? how did it turn out. I have a hard time making deserts too without sampling. Big downfall.

So glad you are so active and into the fitness Journey. It´s so great to know.

oh the key on the deserts as you know is only a little and only on a special day. That´s what Free days are all about!! ;)
