Speaking of temptations, I "fell" for my own "tiramisú" dessert. I "had" to have it. It would not look good id the cook did not try it :). At least that's what I told myself. I told a man in the church that I would make it sugar free next time.
Breakfast: Two pieces of multigrain bread with ricotta cheese and fresh strawberries; coffee. (3 pts)
Lunch: Lean meat. salad, mashed potatoes, a little piece of bread, and dessert (-2) Drank fresh squeezed lemonade with brown sugar :) . (0 or 1 pt)
Dinner: two pieces of whole wheat homemade pizza with grilled vegetables on top. 1pts (I should have had just one piece)
Snacks: sf chocolate, strawberries, herbal tea.
I was able to exercise in the morning before church, but not for a whole lot. Monday, I'm planning to do the burn fat, boost metabolism video.
