Found out what my BMI is today. That is what I burn at rest. I was surprised at how high it is! That encourages me to try to burn more calories in exercise and eat less. Got a new game plan this week: eat half of what I want and try to burn at least 200 calories during exercise. Wish me luck!

You can do this with God´s strength! It´s a great game plan! Keep at it over the weekend too, and you will see results. Push your body a little. Remember we can do all things through Christ! And The Joy of the Lord is our Strength!
