Confessions of a tired woman

I did not exercise last night. I told myself I was too tired and I did'nt want to disturb my family time. But the truth is I just did'nt want to. I was tired but exercise would have made me feel better and my family is very supportive of this challange. So, I have decided that every time I skip exercise I will update my blog and you ladies can encourage and admonish me. Anyone else dealing with tiredness? Any advice?

Keep going! Keep going! Keep going! The more you workout the more you want too. Takes about a month of regular workouts before you look forward to your workout time. Also, is it at all possible that you could work out earlier in the day when you're fresher? If my workouts were at night they would never happen!! But we all have different schedules, so do whatever works best for you!

There it is, Sherry! You will hear all the encouragement from everyone now! ;) You gotta keep pressing play or getting on that elliptical. If not tell yourself you will have to do it Sunday. ;) that´s what I did. If I missed a day and it became my free day, then my free day which was Sunday, had to get exercised! I had to workout that evening. Especially when I was doing the shred.

I believe in what God wants to do in you and through you!

Sherry, I can relate! I been having a hard time getting the exercise in. When I go somewhere I try and park farther away so I have to walk. Went to the mall for some items yesterdy and walked all the way around the top and then the bottom and ended back at Penny's where I needed to go. It took just under 20 min. You can do it sometimes you just have to work it into your schedule and not around it.

Hey Sherry,
I see that Dani has paired us up in a group. I just wanted to let you know that I get discouraged easily in exercise, and I let something little keep me from exercise tonight, but tomorrow is a new day, and my son has promised to go walking with me in the morning, and I'm going to punch our punching bag for 5-10 minutes tomorrow too just to get my heart rate up.
Praying for you. Keep up the good work.
