I can't believe we're on week 3!

The title helps me realize how far we've gone! :)
This week I have been able to exercise everyday except my one day of rest, which was Saturday. We had a birthday party and missed our Saturday afternoon swimming. The other days, I have done a variety of workouts, including, running, Jillians' workouts and swimming. I guess I can say I am back into an exercise routine. So I'm excited. Some of my coworkers are wanting to exercise more, so I guess I'm inspiring them . It makes it easier at work if they are tryings to be good and eat right too.
You all hace a great week. I enjoying reading the entries when I get to visit the blog. It's great to have others who are wanting to stay in shape. God bless you and give you strength.

Hi Maribel,

Great to hear you are an encouragement to your coworkers. If you miss a day, Sabbath excluded, don't be discourage and just get back in there the next day. Do always try to do something. I know you are going to see some great results.
