Sherry B. Introduction

Hi, my name is Sherry and I'm 47 almost 48 years old. I don't recognize myself in this picture. This is not how I see myself, unfortunately, I still picture myself about 30 pounds lighter! I never had a weight problem until my Hysterectomy two years ago. Because I can't have any hormones, I am in menopause ): Hot flashes, weight gain etc... Boo!! I know that my Father is walking with me through this time of my life because I am at peace.

My goal, my desire is to take better care of my amazing body and my good health. I want to be a good steward of what God has blessed me with. It is so hard for me to stick with this goal. I start with good intentions and common sense ideas but then I go back to what is comfortable.

My goal is to make exercise a habit, at least 20-30 min every day. I also want to cut back on my food consumption in the evenings. Once I get into the habit of exercising, then I will "tweak" my diet. I want to take it slow so I can stay focused.

I am very excited about this challange! Ready.. Set.. GO!!!

We are with ya, Sherry! The first step is realizing where we are, then praying and acting on it.

This will be a big challenge for all of us. We need to keep the accoutablility up.
You can do this with Jesus. Just spend 20-30 min. in exercise a day and you will see a difference. Jillian makes big promises but works ya hard. It works!

Love ya and crunchin´with ya,
Dani Joy

Hi Sherry,

I'm so excited that you will be crunching too! I know what you mean about good intentions! I have tons of them. I do plan to see this one through with the Lord's help.

So definitely, let's keep each other accountable.
