Chewing Gum While Walking

I know this sounds funny, but how many of you chew gum while walking? I find it easier to walk while chewing gum because it helps to regulate my breathing. I find that the mint flavor helps clear my sinuses and allows me to take in more air. It also keeps my mouth moist which also makes breathing a whole lot easier. The more air you take in the further you can walk. I try to walk approximately 5 miles a day, 5 days a week. Just thought that I would share this tip because it really does help me.
