WEEK FOUR - CRUNCH for MORE
I have been thinking on this all day. I don´t want you all to give up eating right just because we are not doing the extra points. Remember, if you get more weight off, those will count for more points in the long run. So, I want to add more bonus points this week. You will still need to eat well, but there will be no more bonus points for food till week 6.
Bonus Points- Week 4
1 hour of exercise = 2 bonus point making a total of 5 points for an hour!
2 liters of water = 1 bonus point. I will carry the water points over to this week as well.
