"Have You Lost Weight?"
was the question someone asked me today. WOW! It was so nice to have someone notice and to know that the hard work of the past few weeks is paying off. I haven't lost as much as I'd like, but it is coming off slow and steady, so I am happy for that. Along with that, I am finding my body has better strength and balance since I have been exercising, and I don't crave food as much since I have been drinking more water. Tomorrow is weigh in (it is still Tuesday in the states) and I hope to finally reach the 5 lb. lost mark.
