More Stamina?!!!!

I didn't have a chance to workout yesterday before soccer practice for my Katie, so I wore my walking shoes hoping my friend would want to walk during the time.  She did!  We walked for 80 minutes---first of all, let me just say that I am always the slow one when it comes to walking...with everyone I walk with...but yesterday we just continued a nice pace and I felt completely worked out at the end and I wasn't the slow one!  I kept pace!  I walked with my hubby tonight for over 30 minutes and he noticed my pace had increased!  I am so excited about that!!

Congratulations!!! That is great. Isn't it a good feeling to see the results in the form of improvement especially in stamina. I've noticed the same thing for me. Keep up the good work. Enjoy the walking.

That is so great! I am so excited. Hearing news like that is very motivating.

It's nice to be able to walk with someone. Last night I was able to walk with a friend for a little while. We were waiting on our boys to be done with their troop meeting and I suggested we walk since it was so cold and she agreed. So it was nice for a change.

Keep on springing.

That´s wonderful progress! I remember the first time my hubby noticed when I could keep up without being out of breath. It felt so good! ;) Praise the Lord for these accomplishments. It is important for our overall health and well being.
