I didn't have a chance to workout yesterday before soccer practice for my Katie, so I wore my walking shoes hoping my friend would want to walk during the time. She did! We walked for 80 minutes---first of all, let me just say that I am always the slow one when it comes to walking...with everyone I walk with...but yesterday we just continued a nice pace and I felt completely worked out at the end and I wasn't the slow one! I kept pace! I walked with my hubby tonight for over 30 minutes and he noticed my pace had increased! I am so excited about that!!
