Week 5 and 6 - Sarah K.

Hello Ladies! Good plans are great. The weather lately has not been great and since most of my exercise plan was for outside, didn't quite work out. BUT the sun is shining and staying up later and the weather is warming up! My husband and I have started, once again, going for a walk in the evening when he gets home from work to talk about our days and burn some calories. =) My numbers: Weight +0.6 Measurements -2 ! Looking forward to a "Grand Slam" week. I can't wait to see how many you all get!

That's nice that your husband walks with you.

I love spring even though my allergies act up. I noticed I'm even waking up earlier just wish I could go to bed earlier too.

Going to bed earlier just doesn't really seem to be an option for me. I can relate to that. I haven't been waking up any earlier though, whew!
