I did exercise today for 30 minutes but I didn't enjoy it!!!!! However, I did it and that's all that counts.
I have lost three pounds already which has to be water weight. But that's o.k., I don't mind.
I really need to work on my eating habits. I need to eat more healthy. I tend to get busy and will skip lunch but that's not a good idea. So today I ate a yogurt for lunch and finished off the rest of the pretzel. Real healthy.
Oh well, there's always tomorrow! We're invited to someone's house for dinner so I'll have to be careful and not snack to much while I'm there.
