Wow, everyone is doing so well and all are being such an encouragement to me. Today I didn’t want to do anything: not exercise, not water, not food.
  1. First I drank my water right after getting out of bed.
  2. Next, I read several blogs.
  3. Thirdy, they motivated me to do my rebounding.
That is the beautiful thing about this blog, isn’t it? We are working, chatting, walking, exercising, even eating and relaxing together. Thank you. Anita
