Hi, everyone,
Thanks for including me in this great idea! I am praying it will help me to keep motivated to lose weight. I am 67 yrs. old and have been active all my life--had 8 children, taught them all at home, love gardening, etc. I was 112 lbs. before my first son was born, gradually going up over the yrs, until my present weight of 173-ugh!
I walked this a.m. for 20 min. straight (I believe it was-will carefully time it tomorrow a.m.), very fast, my daughters
with me around a large block of streets in my housing development here in Texas. Have been walking most every morning now that it has turned cooler.
