Introduction

Hello Everyone

My name is Rita. I am new to this, blogging and this challenge. Thank you Dani for the invitation.

My goal this 10 weeks it to learn how to blog, lose 10 lbs and start excercising at least 20 minutes a day. I am going to try do this by cutting back on my meat intake to twice a week and forgoing dessert, for starters.

Hope to figure all this out by the end of the challenge. May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with you all.
