Thanks! I'm taking your advice, Dani, about cutting my serving sizes down. I'm also trying to eat more slowly. Hopefully this will make me feel fuller before I over eat.

This is what my Mom is doing and she has lost 40 lbs already. Of course she had a long way to go, but just cutting back in portions and adding in the veggies and fruits she has really done well.

You can do all things through Christ! So excited for you.
