Week 5 - Keep it Alive!

 Dear Crunching Sisters,
We are almost half way through our Christmas Crunch Challenge!
How are we doing?
Some of you have not posted in awhile,
though. We would love to hear from you. Please, even if you are just making
baby steps, this is encouraging still for all of us. I want to encourage you to
try to write once a week. This is your accountability to keep at it.
Week 5 Keep It Alive!

To encourage more blog participation - You may post
once a day
for 1 point. Also, one tip per
day
for another extra 1pt. Remember the tips consist
of  exercise or diet humor, inspiration, videos, Diet and fitness
ideas and tips as well. Total of 14 points this week for
posting.
Also if you do a measurement post
with a new picture
half-way picture- 5 bonus points.
No more extra points for exercise this week
but please keep up with the hour a day when you can. It´s so important.
No more extra points for water, but keep
drinking. It purifies and cleanses.
So, Week 5 Keep it alive! Post like crazy!
