I have lost 20 kilos since arriving to Spain in February. I hope to maintain what I have lost, and get into better shape. I just ran, this past Saturday, my first 5k with Dani Joy! When I started in May I could only run a minute at a time. I give God the glory for giving me the strength to get healthy and strong. I am glad to do this challenge to get to know other ladies around the world. I look forward to getting to know you all.

Hi Cornelia, I'm sorry, but I don't speak Spanish. I speak only Russian and English. Great job on your weight loss so far. I just thought you might like to know that my sister-in-law is Romanian. She used to live in Constanta. Our family is hoping to move to a city in Russia near the Black Sea.
