I was able to get in another 10 min. of exercise before bed last night, and got up and did my 30 min. this a.m., which makes 2 days in a row! The boost in energy levels is great. Now looking forward to tomorrow´s measure in...hopeing to see some shrinkage :)
P.S. Someone at church mentioned "Herbalife" which I´ve heard of but know nothing about. This isn´t a comercial for the stuff; I´d just like to know if anyone has any imput (pros and cons).
