Crunch in--same weight, but my waist might be 1/4 inch difference-I laugh when I type this, b/c that's so little it could be my own mistake!! Oh well! I did 40 min. strength training this morning!! Feeling better than I did before I started exercising. What's bad is---I thought the first couple of pounds weren't this stuck onto me!!! Guess I was wrong!
