Crunch in the 16th

Ok, I´m glad we don´t take points off for because I made banana bread for my students today and I HAD to try a piece. It wasn´t big so it didn´t make me sick.

I did my exercise today, a lot of walking but I will only count 1 hour, plus 30 min shred with Jillian. I can really feel the walking on my legs now.
I hope when this crunch is over I can keep exercising 3-4 times a week. I´m even thinking about going to a spinning class. But I´m not sure how spinning is going to help to reduce my bust, oh well. :-)

Well, girl, what ever you decide just keep moving and burning the calories and you will feel and look great!

Yes, I have thought about keep moving, I just have to find good ideas to avoid getting bored. I haven´t even used my 3rd Jillian´s dvd yet.

You're doing awesome - hang in there!

Changing things up every 3 weeks is a good idea so that you're body doesn't get used to what your doing to it... but also so that you don't get bored!
