Crunch in the 16th

Ok, I´m glad we don´t take points off for because I made banana bread for my students today and I HAD to try a piece. It wasn´t big so it didn´t make me sick.

I did my exercise today, a lot of walking but I will only count 1 hour, plus 30 min shred with Jillian. I can really feel the walking on my legs now.
I hope when this crunch is over I can keep exercising 3-4 times a week. I´m even thinking about going to a spinning class. But I´m not sure how spinning is going to help to reduce my bust, oh well. :-)
