Yes... I'm Still Here and Surviving!!! (Sarah F.)

This past week has been a whirlwind for me. After painting all last week my family officially moved into our house over the weekend. Love the new house, but it looks like a tornado hit it! Needless to say, I haven't done a workout besides painting and moving about 100 boxes around.

I actually hadn't even gotten on the scale since last week because I had left it over at my in laws house. So when I got on this morning I was shocked... So shocked that I got off and on 5 different times, then I still didn't believe it so I ran downstairs, grabbed my 15 lb dumbells and put them on the scale so I could make sure it was acurate. And it was!

To my great SURPRISE I now weigh 121 lbs!

I chipped a tooth yesterday and had to make a trip to the dentist office this morning. I was just there 3-4 weeks ago for my 6 month check up. They took one look at me and said, "You've lost a lot of weight!" "You're face looks SO thin!" So there you have it! I can't tell you the last time I weighed 121 lbs, and I honestly don't have a clue as to how it happened. It could just be my stress level right now, and if so, then it may come back on once I'm able to relax a bit more. I can honestly say that I haven't sat down on my couch for more than 20 minutes since we lived here... so does that count for points??? LOL!

Way to go...hate the chipped tooth part---but at least you could fix it so quickly---I chipped mine a couple years ago.

wow! Girl this is amazing! I am with you, I don´t understand why can we workout, eat right and not lose but the moment we relax and eat "normal" we lose again? there must be a scientific reason.

I actually thought you were being funny about the chipped tooth part, that that´s why you lost weight. haha.. but then I kept reading. oops.. good thing dentists can fix those and no one will ever see it now.
