Fitness and Diet Tip

Keep Things Simple:

Break a big goal into a series of smaller goals. Want to lose 50 pounds? Shoot for losing 5 percent of your body weight first, or set five 10-pound incremental weight-loss goals.

Snacking is a Good Thing:

I recommend having 2-3 snack a day. I choose to have mine in between the "main" meals of the day and one around 8:00 at night. It's the type of snack that you choose that makes the difference. Here are a few of the things I love: Fruit - I escpecially like an apple with a peice of light string cheese, veggies - I like to cut up a red and green pepper to have them on hand, nuts - LOVE almonds, and sometimes I like a rice cake topped with natural peanut butter!

I love almonds too! I bank my weight loss on them!! oh and exercise! LOL

Snacks are great and they get me through the day too. of course healthy ones. going for one right now. jeje
