I started this 6th week out poorly, but ended much better.
Breakfast- 2 mixed grain toasts with turkey, cheese, and lettuce +2
sf orange juice +1
water
2 cups of herbal tea (I was cold! I'm never cold)
Lunch- rice with lots of mixed veggies and ham +2
milk +1
Snack- strawberries and cream +1 -2
water
Dinner- salad, chicken breast, ff yogurt +3
water
Snack- sf orange juice +1
I've increased my exercise time from 40 to 50 minutes Mon.-Sat. I've lost 1 kilo and 6 cm this week. :-)

Wow, Kathy, that is amazing!! So happy for you and know that you are feeling great too. I´m hopeing to get back to exercising by next Monday. This week I only have permission to walk - and I did loose a kilo, so am encouraged to keep on the fitness journey.

Thank you ladies. Because I never wanted to diet, I thought that last week would be torture, but I was wrong. I still ate pretty much normal, but I tried really hard to avoid the cookies, chips, and sugary snacks that my family loves. I'm continuing this week also, but allowing myself one sweet snack each day. I'm hoping to see even more improvements!
