Springy Journal

Well, unfortunately I have not gotten as much exercising in the last few weeks as I had hoped. Spring colds have been going around here and somehow in our family I managed to start the cycle, and now 3 weeks later am finishing it up as well. So, in the last 3 weeks, I have had 5 days with no exercise - usually when the kids napped, I was napping as well! I have managed to keep the weight going down though - so not too bad I guess. Even though the scale has been changing, the measurements have not in the last 2 weeks. But I can definitely tell a difference in my clothes! Yeah! Hannah turned 9 months last week, and the scales showed I was back down to my pre-baby weight. That was a good feeling. Now to just keep on pressing towards my goal.

My weigth wa about the same for almost 5 weeks Wicki, so don´t worry about that. If you can´t exercise try at least to eat healthy. :-)

OH that´s so awesome, Vicki!! I am so glad the you have gotten down to your pre-baby weight. You can do this thing and the sickness will soon be over. the scales going down shows you are being consistanly good with your food choices too. Keep on that for life! You don´t have a problem with Chocolate so you are set there. ha. I still have to have my chocolate almost every night. aaahhh

Vicki, how frustrating to be sick and want to exercise!!! Been there for the past 2 weeks and so ready to get back to eating right, exercising and feeling great again!! Good for you ont the weight loss - and so glad you´ve been able to maintain. Keep up the good work!

I am glad to hear you are feeling better. The colds going around right now are brutal.
You are doing great eating right!
