Crunch In - Jill
Okay, I did 40 minutes of cardio and 20 minutes of weights. I'm gonna be so buff! Oh, I also ate a handful of candy. (A small handful.) Hey, if I didn't do that, I'd perfect and who wants to be around a perfect person? They're annoying! Did I mention exercise can release endorphins and give you somewhat of a high? Once you get past the excruciating pain, anyway. Have a great night!
