Need Something Sweet?

Good Morning Ladies! We made it through day one... I have to admit that I had a few sweet cravings, but went to an apple at lunch and some saskatoon berries (they only grow in northwestern US and Canada)after church for my fix. Something that I have found good for sweetener is called Stevia. It is natural, and taste just fine in tea or coffee. You could also use it in oatmeal or on some berries. It has 0 calories, 0 carbs, and is free of sugar. It also has 20% vitamin C to help battle those winter colds:) I do a bit of artificial sweeteners, but sure like the idea of this natural thing better.
