What an exciting ministry day! My dh went to the city 'powers-that-be'. . . a very long and exciting story that took precedence over my crunching! Have to get back on schedule. Going to take Karen's idea and get something 'diet-special' at the store, plus read some blogs. That should keep me crunchin' in the right direction! 11-13 Anita
