I am getting serious about this crunch now! tee hee!
What have we been doing? Right?
Well, it dawned on me that I am not crunching it with my diet as much as I could. I remember a special segment in my book Making the Cut by Jillian Michaels. It´s about being at your peak.
Now, Jillian´s peak and my peak are going to be different. She is working for looks and for tv. She is healthy and I don´t doubt that but, well, we don´t have to look like that. I just want to be my fittest and healthiest.
She includes a diet in this book to peak your body. Getting rid of excess water weight and just all out flattening your tummy!
I am not going to do the diet 100%. I am going to add a few more carbs into my diet, like whole wheat SF bread, oatmeal and maybe some raisins.
I will cut out all chocolate! Yes, you heard me. Even my SF chocolate. For seven days at least. ;)
I want to see my scales move.
Ps. disclaimer... This is a peaking diet. Not to be used for long periods of time. I will only be doing it for 7 days. But I will not be doing 6 eggs a day. Too expensive. I will be adding to it a bit as well. Just trying to jump start some more weight loss.
